Sivua Courtyard is an enchanting choice for cocktail hour, bridal showers or any other small event. The Coach House is the indoor reception area with amazing ceiling heights and plenty of room to enjoy dinner and dance the night away. The bridal suite is located in the Coach House and the Groomsmen Quarters will be located in The Ivy House. The Ivy House will have guest accommodations for 2023.
We are located 5 minutes from Caldwell, Oh and 30 minutes from Cambridge, OH. There are fabulous shops, cabins, and attractions not far from us!

The Sivua Mansion
The grandiose Sivua Mansion is the perfect option for a ceremony space to impress. The paved driveway lined with gas lights will set the tone for your unique wedding day. Hints of modern, vintage, and elegance beam from this gorgeous mansion. Our couples have access to our wedding decor at no addition cost as well as a parking attendant for the day. Our staff assists in set-up and tear-down for Sivua Couples. Our venue also offers a kitchen space for your catering team to utilize if needed.
The Ivy House
The elegant Ivy House serves as your Groomsmen Quarters on your wedding day. It also offers a honeymoon suite and overnight accommodations for guests. This unique space and offering is unlike anything in our area. Large windows with beautiful natural lights, pitched ceilings, and fixtures of elegance.. The Ivy House has it all. Full of character and charm, it is the perfect unique space for you and your guests to enjoy on your wedding day. The Coach House
The Coach House serves as your bridal suite and reception space. Capture gorgeous images of your pre-ceremony events with the gorgeous features of the Coach House. Tall ceilings and spacious areas are perfect for hosting dinner and getting your guests on the dance floor. This reception space is unlike any other and displays the true "Sivua" feel throughout every detail!
The Countryside
In addition to our Mansion option for your ceremony, we offer a gorgeous open space with views of the rolling hills as a ceremony space. This ceremony spot offers breath-taking, picturesque views as you finally say "I DO." If you prefer a natural-light, outdoor ceremony with greenery, this is the perfect choice for you.
Overnight Accomodations
Sivua offers something that is nearly impossible to find elsewhere.. overnight accommodations! If you have guests traveling from out of town or would like to keep your bridal party overnight, the Ivy House is the perfect option! Our couples have the option to stay in our honeymoon suite on the night of their wedding in addition to booking rooms for their guests.
