Thank you for your interest in The Coach House at Sivua Gardens! This is a year round wedding and event facility. All items and services listed below are included in the price unless otherwise expressed. Prices are subject to seasonal change. Please see the price guide listed below.
We will have a meeting approximately 4-6 weeks before the wedding to finalize numbers, table set up, and venue owned decorations to be used as well. The Coach house will provide a rehearsal dinner on the day before the event. Meal options will be discussed and finalized at this meeting.
The Coach House has a variety of items to use for decorations that wedding parties can choose to use, as well as farmhouse tables and chairs. The Coach House will be able to accommodate 220 guests including wedding party.
Saturday weddings
Arrival begins the day before the wedding at the predetermined time discussed in our meeting. We will assist wedding parties for up to 4 hours as needed in making last minute minor adjustments and setting up any personal touches that they bring. Wedding rehearsal can be any time during this time and either before or after the dinner is served. Rehearsal dinner will be served to guests as early as 5 and as late as 6pm according to the client’s preference. Rehearsals are for up to 40 guests. There is an additional charge for more than 40. All guests should be clear from the venue by 9 pm. Please feel free to use any additional free time during these hours for personal decorating.
On the day of the event, the bridal suite and groom’s quarters are accessible starting at the agreed upon time from our pre-wedding meeting. Our chairs are for indoor use only. There are bistro chairs available for use for outdoor wedding ceremonies. If the wedding party would prefer something other than what we offer for their ceremony they will need to rent the chairs and will be responsible for coordinating the set up and tearing down of any rented equipment. A parking attendant will be available until the start of the event. Music and reception end at 11 pm and all guests clear by 12 am (midnight). Personal effects and decorations should be clear by this time so that our cleanup crew can begin tearing down and cleaning the venue. *Note that DJ’s will have extra time to clear their equipment and will be the only people permitted in the venue after midnight. * Event cleanup will also be provided, see description below.
Sunday Weddings
Sunday weddings have access to all parts of the venue from 12:30 pm until 10pm. Access to all the same services and items as Saturday weddings unless otherwise noted below. Music and reception end at 10 pm. Personal effects and decorations should be clear by this time so that our cleanup crew can begin tearing down and cleaning the venue. *Note that DJ’s will have extra time to clear their equipment and will be the only people permitted in the venue after 10pm.

*Event cleanup includes removal of bagged trash in the designated receptacles during the event. A staff member will periodically check that bathrooms are stocked and bagged trash is removed. Wedding parties are responsible to see that any trash, food, cans, etc are placed in their designated receptacles for removal. Removal of venue owned items, sweeping, mopping, and wiping down tables and chairs is included. Event cleanup does not include removal of any trash, food, cans, etc that are left on tables or on property grounds including the parking lot. Food and drink spill cleanup is the responsibility of the wedding party.
Smoking and vaping indoors is strictly forbidden. There are designated areas for this and it will be enforced as described in the contract.
Pricing Guide
Non Refundable deposit to book and hold your date… $750 (counts toward total price)
Saturday Wedding Event… $5350
Sunday Wedding Event… $2700
Seasonal Pricing includes a $750 discount from Nov.1 to March 31.
If applicable, only one discount will be utilized
Installments will be accepted at renters discretion. Any remaining money is due 30 days before the event. Cleanup deposit is duty e upon arrival of the event.

Party Events
Sunday 4 hours $450
1-5 or 2-6 (with 1 hour for setup)
Accommodates up to 100 guests maximum.
Use of our heated indoor facility.
Farmhouse tables and chairs
Use of current inventory to style your event (This includes decor, tables, chairs, props, drink dispensers, cake plates, etc.)
Event cleanup (includes removal of bagged trash from designated trash bins, tear down of tables & chairs, sweeping, and cleaning of restrooms). Personal items must be removed from the property upon the close of your event.
Any decor items used should be gathered and placed on a table near the restrooms. We will put them back in storage.
$100 deposit due upon booking (non-refundable). Balance due 1 week before the event.
