Ohio’s Amish Country

Today we spent the day in Amish Country searching for some amazing finds for Elderberry Farms. If you have never visited, it’s definitely well worth the trip. There are so many shops and great places to eat.
Antique Store in Walnut Creek
Our all time favorite thing to do is to hunt for unique items at the Antique stores. We have seriously been looking for over two years for the perfect wrought iron piece for the Elderberry Farms Greenhouse. Anyways, today we were on the hunt for ice skates. We were able to find great deals. We can’t wait for the rest of our family to try out their new (old) ice skates at Elderberry Farms Ice Skating Outdoor Rink. There will be more information to come in a future post about our DIY ice skating rink adventures. You won’t want to miss it!
A must stop in Amish Country! Hillcrest Orchard has the best apple cider! We always stop here to grab a jug not only for ourselves but our family members. We really love sipping on their apple cider slushees in the fall.
Seriously, YOU MUST STOP HERE!!! We have found so many great items for our wedding venue! I have my eye out for something to store my seeds in and haven’t quite found the perfect piece. It takes me FOREVER to find what I am looking for.
Country Gatherings is always on our must stop and check out list. They just keep making it bigger and better. They have the most adorable coffee bar, Buggy Brew Coffee Company. There is something for everyone from home decor to gardening!
